these are statements that are only good for poetry.
The people who like you cannot read your minds. You have to explain. We all make mistakes and do things that are inconsiderate sometimes...People need an explaination, maybe even an apology with it. Misunderstandings happen. It's a part of life.
As for the people who don't like you---you're making an assumption that they won't believe you. Maybe they will, but since you are too judgemental you will never know- and maybe that's part of the reason why they don't like you in the first place.
