Even if we are progressing with 8% growth rate it will take thirty years so that development reaches people belonging to last strata of society. India is world seventh largest country geographically and second largest in population, get dimension of India first. what about iran’s atom bomb ? it is duty of all atomic bomb holder countrys to stop iran from getting one . no more nukes no more terror.

nuclear disarmament is not one way road, Iran has all right to have nuclear bomb, if Israel has one, Iran is not aggressor it is Israel. and even from India centric view, stable Iran is always in our favour.

Because your govt. never took em head on and never will, The day your govt. starts a full scale war with maoist hell will break lose. For now Maoist terrorist are sitting pretty., How very strange we Pakis cannot beat India in corruption but we have less poverty, stravation deaths, better infrastructure so and so...

mass starvation deaths every day and 250000 farmer suicides is the norm in India, its just another stat.

I personally don't think a nuclear iran is good, since crazy mullahs actually rule the country and a nuke would embolden them to fight shiite proxy wars in whole of middle east, africa and pakistan (again). That said, Israel has dealt blows to the iranian program by roping in the greedy ruskies with trinkets like the avionics upgrade for their jets and worms like stuxnet. Iranian program efficiency was set back with destroyed centrifuges and the fact that it is harder to get nuclear fuel now with tighter sanctions.

mo293 pai, you are seeing from your own prism, remember, India didn't take action against Khalistan till it became threat to the Indian union, Bhidranwala was killed because he called for secession. secondly, democracy gives fair chance to everyone, leaving Gandhi-Nehru family, all our PMs are from very normal family background and especially two best, MMS and Narsimha Rao. Maoism is result of India's capitalistic policy in which capitalist used resource of maoist affected area without giving them anything, India will never go for war against maoist as they are voters too in the state and national government. An Army operation would result in much disturbance, it is political crisis and millitary is not solution, all India need is to persuade them to come for talks like ULFA is ready now.
