There is so much negativity around me,how can i protect myself from that?..Some people of my family with whom i have to interact regularly ,they are diplomatic,back-biters and always complaining..i don’t want to be like that but i am afraid that their company would make me so..i hate people sitting for long hours and back biting or discussing every small act of other family members..How can i NOT be like that?

My Phupo (aunt) is like that. But my mother doesn’t like this type of discussions and politely told her so. That I’m not interested in what anyone else is doing.
