Every Surah of Quran has Moa'kkilaat assigned (good jinns) to its effect... doing it other way around is a sifli amal that makes one kaafir right away...

Oh. Hey so like what does "sifli amal" mean? And is there a Hadith or something that says that one becomes a kaafir if they read it backwards?

Sifl = Magic with the help of shayaateen (bad jinns)
Amal = Work

so any thing that involves help of bad jinns to perform magic is haraam and since this amal is to invoke such an act, is definitely haraam and hence kufr.
