Keep in mind , even if a duaa is very genuine , it is Allah who decides what is best for you . Allah may or may not accept your duaa at a given time and grant you your duaa some other time . "Aisha radhiallaahu anha said, "No believer makes Dua and it is wasted. Either it is granted here in this world or deposited for him in the Hereafter as long as he does not get frustrated."
I have heard someone saying this I do not remember if it is a hadees .
On the day of Qiama Allah will ask a person , do you remember I did not accept your particular duaa and the person will say yes , Allah will say do you want me to show you what I have granted you in return for that duaa here in Akhrat. The person will then be shown the reward granted for that duaa . That person will look at the reward and then say Ya Allah why did you accept all my other duaas.
hmmm thats does provide allot of reassurance.
