B Jamalo Thanks They don’t want to wait until I move out because you never know when circumstances change. They may not be in the position of giving as good of a gift as they can now at that time. They want to give me cash. I don’t want to accept cash because it will save them money if they buy a, lets say $ 50 gift instead of giving $ 100 cash. But if they want, they can give me cash.
wow you made it even 2 days without talking.,…i couldnt even do that
I think after she breaks the rule…one of u 2 will break the rule again …cuz 9 days is a long time…even 1 day is a long time.
p.s. about guys receiving gifts…why do they hate it so much being on the receiving end…he said I cant buy him anything too…after a long discussion he agreed that I can buy him something but i have to wait till he comes and we’ll go together…i agreed…only for him to quietly add that he’ll pay for it…
so why do guys not like receiving gifts from their other half?
They are asking me what I want It’s not like they have something in mind, they have no clue either. They are trying to drop it on me and I am trying to drop it back on them
EMM you got that right. It’s very hard to satisfy me, keep trying
Smilestar It’s like any other frame but it’s all made of glass (even the borders) and you can stick a USB flash drive or a camera’s memory stick in the back. Whatever pictures are in the storage media, the frame can display either a single picture or you can turn on the slide show and it will play all images in the storage device. It’s pretty neat. You can delete the pics from the storage and add new pics everyday.
Ask them to buy you a beach side Cottage, with 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3.5 baths. There should be a private docking place for your very own speedboat (which offcourse they will buy and present to you). On the top of the cottage there should be a helipad, where you can park your helicopter (Have you ever tried reverse parking a helicopter… Its difficult - ask me )
Everyone recieves many gifts but the one that stands out are those that bring a smile on your face everythime you see it. Clothes, colognes etc. are used up within no time. Decoration pieces, oh well they just sit there on your shelves. The best gift I got was a cassete on my 13th birthday. All my friends prasied me where is was due, told me how they felt about me, reminded me of the great times we had together and finished it off with teasing eachother, stupid jokes and endlesss gigling.
After all these years, it was a pleasure listening to all that stuff, it made me cry, laugh and brought back so many good memories and I found myself more closer to them then ever.
Ask your brothers to make you something special. Like make an album or colage starting with pictures from the olden days to the recent ones. Make you a video, with everyone saying stuff to you (they could be creative with it). Make you a book (I love this idea).
Just something that they don't only buy but make an effort creating for the both of you. (Hey what about letting them to decorate your room and letting you see it only on your wedding day?)
