this is jhomar and colour jewellery means the white nug or crystal can be. colored with gem colored and u can just go to any jewellery shop they will coloured acc to yur choice and if u buy from their then may be he do this for free
i done colored on shoes for my engagment and my cuzn also do this for her mehndi purse

gota jewellery is really good i make gota kara and tika for my cuzns mehndi and its really look nice

Floral jewelry is now restricted to mayoon or dholki function , even jhoomar enough done, now a days jhumakas either gold or artificial with big round Tikas are hit.
