Hi All,
A family friend of ours, who is getting to that age where she’s wanting to learn how to cook she’s 16. I don’t remember my first beginning dishes, that helped me ease into cooking as now much older. I was wondering if anyone can post their recipes?? (desi and non-desi ones)

She tried to make biryani and as her mum told me me, she almost burned the kitchen down, she can make chai, egg, toast(sandwiches), etc. its more the desi dishes, and she’s trying to begin learning.

Much Thanks!
