I dont know about romantic places, but there is a hotel named Tulip in Jhelum, it is nice!
My sis went to a restaurant last week, it's on Chenab river in Akbar's resort, it's called Kinara hotel,it seems to be quite romantic, coz the tables are just next to the river with all the lightings at night but the resort is still under construction. I hope it'll be all finished in august.
