This is for male and females:

Spots: Healing mask

Mix 2 tsp honey, 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt and 1 tsp turmeric (haldi)
Leave it on your spots for at least half an hour and when they’re gone, you can used it on your entire face once in every few weeks to prevent new spots.

Cleansing mask

mix 2 heaped tsp gram flour, one tsp water and 1 tsp honey and leave it for about 10 minutes on your face.

No need to buy any expensive masks or spots treatments. Our kitchen cupboard is our cosmitec cupboard too.
