I need to get some info on travelling out of the country (I am just going to Canada for a break) when your on an H1.. i recently got my F1 petioned to an H1… anyone know what the proceedure is?
I heard that once i go out I will need to get my passport restamped at an american embassy for an H1 visa again.
has anyone done this before? How easy/difficult is it?
What documents should i be taking along ?
Will i need to do it each time i travel out of the states.
