dont scrub it with anything. use some acetone. it should come off

You should be able to remove it with thinner (dont know the other name for thinner, nail polish remover contains thinner) OR petrol.

use a product called "goo be gone" it really works.

dip it in any kind of oil..either food or hair oil and it'll solve the problem. Don't use lotion as it might have a reaction.
