According to the rules, the process is if you have a complaint about a mod or disagree with his decisions etc., you report it to that moderator FIRST! So go ahead and report me to myself

Kami Payi Well, that fee is optional. The recruiter (in this case, me) may charge it or may forgive it. But I chose to charge it in Phatima's case and forgive it in Evil's case.
