The system was doing pretty good. There was no need to wrap up the whole system. Some amendments would have worked.

Now LG system is a provincial matter. And now it depends on provinces what powers they want to give to local governments. This means there will be no uniformity in different provinces.

The greed of ministers, they can’t see ‘local govts’ having so much ‘power and money’ for projects, they want their share hence dropping local governments.
