As far as I know zardari has not been convicted in any case within Pakistan he was in danger of being convicted in the Swiss cases.
As far as nawaz sharif is concerned in one of the cases **he was convicted **and then he begged pardon for that, and in hudaibia paper mill case Ishaq far has given an affidavit of him being involved in that. Both mainstream parties are corrupt I don't know how we can distinguish between smaller and bigger thiefs.

Keeping in view your logic zardari is the cleanest politician of the country as he has been acquitted in almost all of his cases, although that's not the case. There are cases against nawaz and shahbaz in the courts, but they will decide when they consider to hear them.

punished or not is something different... first you need to try to prosecute them.... isn't that the first step and if the evidence is clear and they are still not punished then that is different story... but tell me.... which case NS got convicted and what happened to IK, why is he not using that conviction to get NS and SS out of politics for good???? are you telling me that IK have done some sort of agreement with them or what!!!
As for Zardari, his cases were dragged by the military man, once the god of Imran Khan, Mushy, he used those cases to bargain and even then he couldn't acquit him from those cases hence have to issue NRO..

anyway, you haven't told me, why IK is not going to court against NS, when there are so many video and documentary evidences against NS.... all he have to do is download everything posted in this thread and show it to the court... mind telling why IK is not doing it???

That was not any NRO.. that was something which is called got thrown out of country... had they taken the NRO.. then things might have been different... not that they were forced to stay in the country with no passport issued to them unless the president of the country allows it....
I know it is not for you, but for the record any sane person will agree that the Agreement such as NRO can only be done between two free parties, and not applicable in the scenario in which NS was at that time, i.e. having gun pointed on his head.... any court of the world would negate such agreement in first hearing... but again as i said, this is something for those believes in sanity and not for you...
Anyway, ask Hammad Cheema, to put this thing in the list and pursue IK to take the issue to the court that like Zardari, NS have also got an NRO and SC have to open the case of hijacking against him....
