Thanks for making my point. They pay for front line services at a cheaper rate, that is all. Those who can afford the high end health services in the UK would never fly to India for the same services.

you missed it. It is not just the front-line services, even the actual procedures cost a lot less and deliver same quality. You should read up on medical tourism industry and develop some insights
