You really don't know?? Pick and choose, Pakistan has many, many lethal problems
Pakistan's biggest problem is the bloody hypocrite Feudals, the likes of Bhutto Family, Zardaris, Muslim Leaguers, MQMites, the bloody agents of British and Americans whose forefathers gave bath to pet dogs of the British, the traitors who worked in collaboration with the British against the Muslims of subcontinent, whose filthy generations are now taking hold of 'filthy democracy' in Pakistan.
For 60 years these criminals have enslaved the Nation, we need to rise and fight them as they are worse than Infidels.
In India, a large number of places have been named after equally large number of leaders (Good, Bad, Ugly - all of them)
In the early part of independence, it was with Mahatma Gandhi, when important roads in all cities became Gandhi Road. Capital of Gujrat is Gandhinagar. This, I think was followed by the Indira Gandhi sycophants, New Delhi has Indira Gandhi International Airport, though no city named after her or after Rajiv Gandhi.
The flavour of the season is of course Mayawati, who has renamed districts of UP with Gautam Buddha, Shahu Maharaj (a great social reformer) and is busy inaugurating her own statues.
One has to make some concessions for such tendencies. Democratic Politics, like a well diversified society, can accomodate everyone with all their eccentricities.
Such a long name, however may fall into disuse and may be shortened as 'BB Nagar'
If these goons, really want her name to be remembered, then they should try and bring something useful for the public, BB bachat card was a good start, but making name changes like these wont do any good. Infact making a new model district on her name would be much better.
It's a joke that every criminal becomes 'Shaheed' after death in Pakistan, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto who broke Pakistan, Zia ul Haque and now Bay Nazir, the American Babe who looted and plundered the Nation along with her criminal husband. It seems Pakistan is the property of these bloody filth-faces.

whats the enimity of PPP with people of Nawabshah?? current name is well know and not an alien name, why they want to change it? I doubt it if people ever adopt it.
Larkana would be more suitable for name change to bhutto pur or bhutto abad as all the bhutto are there live or dead!
