So, how would insurance scheme work in this situation? Would health insurance scheme persuade young doctors to move to rural hospitals? Samajh nai aai bhai ki.
That’s not the point anyways. The point was that instead of spending time, money and effort on such ‘schemes’, why not try and get the basics right first? Just improving sanitation in rural areas would lessen burden on health care facilities a lot!
