By definition it means unwillingness to accept ideas or opinions other than one's own.
That is too narrow a definition . Beacuse you will not be willing to accept every idea or opinion you come across , that should not be the case with anybody.
I think you wanted to say that unwillingness to listen to ideas and opinions of others.
