Hyderabad used to be in top 5 cities of Pakistan. But negligence of governments in the past has destroyed the city. Up until the last few years, I did not saw absolutely ANY development work there. I never saw a street ever being carpeted regardless of how dilapidated it had become.
I don’t know PPP of Punjab, but problem with PPP wadera-shahi in Sindh is that they use ethnic slogans to win votes, but do nothing for anyone except to fill their own bank accounts. They know that they only they can continue their reign over poor rural people is to keep them undeveloped and neglected.
