It’s my speculation based on the recent events revolving around the blasphemy law. Jamat e Islami is pro-Deobandi, and TTP is pro Jamat -e- Islami and they are collectively against Maulana fazlur Rehman. Fazul Reman is supporting Mumtaz Qadri, who is a barelvi. Sunni tehreek is also Pro-Barelvi organization. And Tehreek Jafriya aligns more with Sunni Tehreek then with Jamat e Islami and they are also against TTP.
Jamat e Islami is not against the blasphemy law per se, but it’s whats causing the division, imo
