hmmmm.... in that particular case, what about joining together names according to their meanings? For example, if someone wanted 'Noor' as a first name, one could perhaps choose a middle name that will go well with the meaning of 'Noor' (i.e., light). One of many girl's names that begins with F is 'Falaq' which means break of dawn. A name like 'Noor Falaq' would sort of mean the light at the break of dawn. That's beautiful, i think. The name 'Bahira' means dazzling or brilliant... that would go well with the meaning of Noor as well (dazzling/brilliant light).
One Muslim female name i haven't come across that often is 'Samar', which means 'evening conversation'. Now imagine all the beautiful first names you could add to that - intelligent/wise (Aqeelah), stars (Anjum). Select first names which enhance the meaning of the middle one.
