In Karachi Vs Punjab case, I think its not about dominating.. Its about independence. This difference might be there between rural Punjab and Lahore as well

Its actually not, it considered like that. Being independent is equal to 'muh-zor' and 'be-laghaam' as well under such perception.

ji mein karachi sey hoon, and talking with my personal experiance, thats why i wanted to know the meaning of "dominant" indeed women here are truly i would say operated by men( in rare case khawateen hoti hongi dominant) the way they want..phir bhi dominant..subhanAllah
