aawwww, I know how you feel hun, sometimes it can go wrong....!!!

I think the trick is to get the proportions right, and use "andaza" and expermient with different quantites to see which works best...

The salty issue..... add sugar!! :D

Maybe your boliing it too long or too little?? Sometimes milk can burn and leave a burnt tatse which is eeeww

I normally let it boil up to the top of the pan once and then turn the heart down...and turn the heat up so it boils up again and do it once more...
