So he behaved Hadhrat Umar of 21st century. Good for him By the way in 2015 I helped my driver in Karachi for issuing duplicate ID card as he lost the original one. I went with him to main office at Civic Center and stood in line. Process took 15-20 minutes without any trouble. I did not see any rangers there.

Rangers are not doing this stuff in all centers.. Suburbs of Karachi including Shah Faisal Colony… centers of Nadra have irregularities in those areas and FCs constable makes money.
