Usman Mubeen a very young and talented, graduated from MIT is a Chairman of NADRA. He took notice on irregularities of NADRA staffer and experienced rude behavior while covering up his identity.

I want to highlight another issue of NADRA centers in Karachi. FC and Rangers personnel take money while issue tokens to citizen. Tokens are free and they are not supposed to charge money. Yes this is another business of Rangers Enterprise in Karachi…

National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) Chairman Usman Mubeen paid a surprise visit to a Nadra mega centre located in SITE area of Karachi on Friday, where he reportedly stood in line along with other applicants without revealing his identity.
When his turn came, the Nadra staff raised ‘objections’ on the application form submitted by Mubeen, DawnNews reported.
Observing the unprofessional behaviour of Nadra staffers, the chairman suspended two staff members, including a female employee, on the pretext of causing trouble to citizens, it added.
The Nadra chairman said a Pakistani citizen can get an identity card issued from any centre located anywhere in the country.

“Strict action will be taken against those causing trouble to citizens visiting the [Nadra] centres,” Mubeen maintained.
Later, Mubeen also made unannounced visits to other Nadra centres located in the metropolis.

So he behaved Hadhrat Umar of 21st century. Good for him By the way in 2015 I helped my driver in Karachi for issuing duplicate ID card as he lost the original one. I went with him to main office at Civic Center and stood in line. Process took 15-20 minutes without any trouble. I did not see any rangers there.
