No Khula is “asking for divorce”
Islam (and Pakistani law) give option to give right to divorce to wife at the time of NIkkah unfortunately its always skipped by parents of bride, groom and Mulana sahab. Nikkah Khowan should point this out for people who do not know about it but normally they easily skip the option.
