^ The report says there is no sign of injury. It simply means there was no external wound. Torture does not always result in injuries, and the report says there are signs of torture, and there are no practical signs of his having hanged himself to death, or having poisoned himself...as "the Hyoid bone of the deceased is intact whereas in cases of suicide by hanging, it invariably gets fractured. It also confirmed the ante mortem (pre-death) fracture of right superior cornu of thyroid cartilage."
