Actually not. Tyrian has never raised the issue in public. It was actually her late mother who filed a case against Imran. But as far as I can see the two have made up. IK visited Tyrian in the late 90s or early 2000s (Hello magazine)
In an ideal world IK should also publicly admit that she is his daughter (I would certainly respect him more for that) but then I realise that when it comes to religion, our society is full of irrational & emotional fools.
