So you accept the problems of quota system, province issues & ethnic parties - well what is the solution? Why we as a nation forget our history so fast, remember East Pakistan, the main reason of the breakage was the language.

When did I deny problems of quota system? The main reason was language for East Pakistan? It might have been a barrier, so the more languages will create more barriers at “national” level unless there remains one language common for all.
