He was driving to home. On his way he gave lift to two men he knew...they tried to kidnap him...my Taya abu was smart enough to stop for a bus...and he threw the car keys out...at that time there were a lots of people there...they shot him in his head....he died.....it's so terrible....everyone is going to pakistan...his kids...my parents....I never thought this would happen to us.....They left all the money in the car...he haven't took anything except his life!!!

I am so sorry to hear that. Inshallah God will give you the strength and courage to go through this time....i know its a very hard time ...just remember be strong and do as many nafals and duas for him that will make u feel better.

Am SO SORRY to hear your loss. It happened to my nana abu as well, kidnappers killed him on an open road in a traffic jam while he tried to run away. I know exactly how you feel, stay strong InshAllah and pray to Allah in this difficult time, I'll pray for your uncle too. Could you please elaborate on the bolded part in your post above. It could be a much needed piece of advice for some of us to deal with kidnapping or similar situation (God Forbid) better.

stopping for the bus???? Did he try to run away because there was a bus and a crowdy place ? or bcoz of s/th else ?

and your uncle lived in Pak? or was just visiting relatives?
