Like magic 8 said..tea tree oil and witch hazel are great to reduce the inflammation and make acne go down. Please don't work on the scars till u've treated the acne first. It makes no sense treating scars while new pimples are emerging and leaving more scars.
Buy an antibiotic cream, Bactroban is easily available and leave it on u're spots for 2-3 hours and wash-off.
U shud see a dermatologist to rid urself completely once and for all. He/she may prescribe a long course of oral antibiotics or put u on accutane.
