Will have to ask the house chef.
But wait. I can’t.
Nobody in real-life knows that I lurk in the entrails of this dangerous site.
I wouldn’t know how to explain because moi never cooks.

I would suggest to make it like any other curry-less saalan that your mom makes with TimaaTar and piyaaz.
I like it when it is still a little crunchy and not completely soggy, just like my bhinDi.
