The Place is in AFGHANISTAN in BAMYAN PROVINCE... the Place is Called Bande Amir...
And the Water U see is... SPRING WATER... these are not like Normal Lakes.. Where Water get settled from Rain or Snow.... The water is Amazingly Cold as well.. and.. Offcourse it has Fishes too...... Here U Go..

You can see some Small fishes in it... Big Fishes are Deep inside... BUT authority dont allow Fishing there... Although Ppl do it.. ;)
