Apologies for being so abrupt. What i meant was add the above items to your everyday diet / ghiza. Keep eating your regular food, a good breakfast, regular lunch, your regular dinner and it takes no genius to figure out stay away from all junk like pop pizza chips forever.
My point is you don't need to go out of your way to make "fat free" and "low calorie" meals because these take more effort and money to maintain over a longer period and before you know it you're back at your regular routine.
A lot of the gunk we eat doesn't fully come out of our bodies and instead accumulates along our intestinal lines causing excess bloating, weight, reduced metabolism etc. Fibre acts like a sponge that scrubs against that buildup and cleaning it as it passes. And theres no better sources of fibre than raw green veggies.
