it's a big semi-detached property....one side of the house is attached to their house.

Yeah its quite surprising to hear huge property and England in the same setence, are houses really huge in Surrey? How many bedrooms would make it huge?

it's huge enough for me and in comparison to previous properties i've lived. it's 3 bed with a 120ft garden.

yeah, i know the land costs in the UK is exorbitant and is always an issue when it come to the cost of the property. i believe land coast are more tahn the cost of the construction in London area. right?**

Yeah lot of people from England move to South Africa and lot of Saffers come to UK as well (take English cricket team for example lol) But SA for some reason doesn't attract me, I always see Australia as a better option.

no kkf....construction from scratch costs more than double of its land's price.

i don't wanna stay in one place for more than a year....Azerbaijan, khazakistan, qatar, dubai, brunai, australia, south africa, egypt, morocco[though they don't have job offers], tunizia, malaysia, turkey and even china.

Wow thats quite an exotic list, and you losing an interest in the place to the extent of thinking about moving out is not really a healthy idea, lol. Moving stuff from one house to another in the same area is huge pain let alone going to different country. I salute your courage.
