Hmm I always feel like in the west at least, the parents who are really strict are the ones whose kids rebel the most. Most parents who are moderate and understanding can steer their kids toward right and wrong, this girl is obviously trying to get back at people for something. I've seen it time and time again. Yea she's out of control now but someone raised her, there is some blame on the parents too.
