If the outer garment called "jilbab" doesnt serve its purpose...its not really serving its purpose. The outer covering accentuating the innerparts and shape is not really what Jilbab is all about. So calling it a sexy dress is more appropriate. Its not a jilbab if it doesnt hide the form!
True. But it is what is it that is a modern version of a jilbab :D so the name stays the same however ofcourse the reasons for wearing are very different. Hah.
