looks like technology forums is turning into L1.

Keep your laptop at cool place and if possible turn on AC and then use it. If ac is not available option then buy small table fan and direct it toward the processor.

Oh I do all that STA. It still heats up. Something with the batteries I presume. I even opened it up a while back and cleaned its insides but no help
