Oh the drama, 
It’s all emotion in the OP’s post…no real explanations/reasons…that would help one in giving advice. If the above sentiments are a complete joke…then here’s yet another gem for the Cafe.
Now if it’s just a fear of him interacting with women…then that you need to work on…cuz that’s an insecurity problem.
If he has been unfaithful (and you KNOW it…saw proof of it)…then why would you even be with such a person? What he did was wrong…but for you to willingly stick it out…that’s even dumber. Have some self-respect…and don’t settle for anyone who doesn’t respect you.
And the solution to ending a toxic relationship isn’t to go run immediately into another man’s arms. It’s vulnerability…you’re not even in the right state of mind to start another relationship…you’d be harming yourself and possibly another person.
Hope? Like my mom says…“Yeh duniya umeed pe qaaim hai.” Relationships and many other things in life don’t come with a 100% guarantee. The risk is scary, but in a way, it makes life exciting as well. You have hope…but you also try to combine it with practicality, common sense, and dignity.

And start a conversation...
Just small talk...
Then, when the ice is broken...
You talk to him some more...
You get to know him better...
You eventually find out that he is a douchebag and nothing special.
