but ur’s is better somewhat human like whereas this one is demonic looking

well. If you look at the game history. Assassins’ Creed’s Adeel (ya his name is Adeel also) and Metal gear solid Snake look exactly alike. 
And there was a big discussion regarding that on XSI Softimage website.
So I dont see what you are trying to prove here. I never played the game you’ve posted nor I took the concept from anywhere.

Anyways..moving on..I’ll post the temple that I’ve been talking about as soon as I am done with my finals. I did start sketching it.
And postings would be:
- Characters.
- Maps.
- API screen shots
- Game play screen shots if this project goes well. (may take some time)
- Actual Game play if possible.
Again this is in the maybe section. I hope Zulfi bhai does not have a problem with this.

shading is actually not that bad. what software did u use for this drawing...i know u will be doing it in direct x...but what about this specific drawing?

@Esix: This is the demo game which will be used to make tools and see if I can use these over and over to make the tools perfect for what I am up to. I am not using UT engine at all. =)
@Zobia: For sketching I used GIMP tool which is free ware for painting, editing and so on.
