May be it was the first complaint Husn-e-Afza got from any client but all she had to do was settle it with the client directly. Online business model as opposed to having an outlet is difficult in the first place. A huge component of that process is communication and trust.
If I was in a similar situation like her, where most of the forum members didn’t like the work, didn’t like the way customers complaint was handled, or any other communication done, I wouldn’t expect any client to come on the forum to open a thread with a positive review let alone defend me for my attitude/work. This is why everyone is skeptical about your review because logic suggests that if you came on the forum to make new friends, you wouldn’t start with a controversial thread. If you like your dress, that’s great. Not everyone has to like it though. Everyone has a different choice and that is why we are so big on custom orders in the first place, isn’t it?
Sadia, you might want to apologize for the above post and a few following this. What you said, is really mean and I am not sure a plain sorry is enough for all this but that’s the least you should do.
