Ive ordered from them as well last year on eid. Their customer service, everything was fine, but their prices are high. Also the dress i ordered was BLOOD RED in the picture and turned out 2 be kind of CARROT RED/ ORANGE LIKE in real. I was extremely unsatisfied with the fitting too, but i fixed that myself so it was ok. The kaam and piping everything else was perfect, just like in the picture. Sadly, i just never wore that dress and wore sumthing else instead on eid, coz i just didnt have the guts to wear such brite colors n that too on eid, it wasnt even a mehndi occasion. Im really not very much into wearing such bright colors and now i just have that dress hanging in my closet and i know for sure, im never wearing it. The colors are just too bright for my taste.
Sorry to hear about your experience! I have also heard a few bad experiences so I am to afraid to put in an order with prices that expensive. Can you post pictures of the copy outfits to give us an idea of the job compared to the pictures they have displayed on their website?
i know Bargello is really expensive, but if you guys are looking for something Cheaper and same quality as designer, one of my family freinds started her boutique in karachi and she is really good, always used to wear stylish clothes, she is on Facebook and her name is RABIA MIRZA'S COLLECTION, join her group and you will find more the 1200 clothes there she has all kind of clothes, formals, semi formals...... and prices are pretty reasonable too, she ships all over the world, alot of my friends ordered from her and she shipped them to U.S and they were really happy what they got.
