Hi,
I’m just briefly gioing to give some feedback.
I highly recommend Saima to anyone, her service is realy good, whenever I queried she would get back to me within a few hours.
I ordered two replicas one HSY dress and one Cookie Mac dress, and they were copied realy well, the similarity you can see in the piks.
I will definitely order again from Saima and recommend others too!

Aoa/ Hi everyone!

I have just recently joined GS, thanks to "prototype". Well, this is my story.....

I recently ordered a dress online from facebook and as all online designers, they charged me a lot for it, but when I received the dress, it was not upto my expectations and I was extremely disappointed as I had paid them so much for it. The fabric quality was very bad and the work (kaam) on the clothes was of extremely cheap "plastic-like" stones, which looked like small toys stitched on my outfit :P

I dont know how many of you women out there have been through the same experience but I just need your honest opinions about designers on GS. Please recommend me some good experienced designers, who are good at their work, designing as per customer requirements and at reasonable prices.

Your help will be much appreciated.

HI, i just received my order from Cyma today and i am absolutely thrilled!
the quality of the kapra and the kaam is beautiful. My outfit is a lovely grey with silver kaam on it which u can see in her thread, the kapra is chiffon and its got a faint turquoise patti on the gulla and the side. I also asked her to send me some matching earrings which she did and i love them!
Cyma was very concientious and always took the time to answer my fifty million emails, she was very particular about the measurements to ensure the fitting was just right.
It was sent out on wednesday and i got it today (monday)

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY FINAL PRODUCT AT ALL. VERY INFERIOR OUTFIT IN TERMS OF CUT AND FABRIC. SHAMEEZ IS LONGER THAN KAMEEZ! CRINKLE CHIFFON WHEN I WAS EXPECTING PURE CHIFFON - FLAT KIND. SLEEVES ARE HORRIBLE - FALL IS TERRIBLE. THE OUTSIDE WRIST PART IS SHORT AND UNDERSIDE IS LONGER. I FEEL I MUST PULL DOWN MY SLEEVES CONSTANTLY.
EITHER CYMA DID NOT PUT 100% EFFORT INTO MY OUTFITS OR YOU ALL HAVE BAD TASTE.

I think its time for my review!

Saima was exceptionally helpful and easy to deal with – I have now ordered from a few vendors and saima was by far the most helpful and responsive!

My suit arrived exactly on time and I received photos in advance too – my suit is an excellent copy of what I had requested!!

Quality of fabric is great! I had some problems with the diamantes on the suit falling off but saima was MORE than helpful when it came to responding – as soon as I mentioned I had a problem instead of ignoring it I got a phone call straight away and she is now going to ship me a whole box of them!

The only negative I have is that I will however request in future that the work is perhaps done more securely and that her tailor pays attention to detail i.e interlocking.

The greatest compliment of all and also something that may dispel the myth that perhaps I have bad taste is that I have never had more compliments on an outfit before and within 2 days 3 people emailed me specifically asking for Saimas details and within a week a friend has placed an order of the exact same thing!

I think if you want something copied to a high standard saima is definitely the one to go for!

From having dealt with Saima I am very confident that the small gripes I have will be dealt with for future orders and iA I will definitely be ordering from her again :0)

I completely disagree with naazyousaf here. I went to pk in feb and met Cyma personally. I even saw some of her work, and she is really good at what she's doing. She knows about fabric and which embroidery would be good at which fabric. I ordered 8 dresses from her, some were Nomi Ansari designs and some were HSY designs, and ALL of them she copied very very well. All of friends and family who've seen the dresses were blowed away by the resemblence. She even sent her driver with my dresses so i would get them on time. I would HIGHLY recommend Cyma, and saying that all of her clients have bad taste is really a arrogant thing to do. :(
I definitly going to order from Cyma again and already I have placed a new order for 3 suits!

Im sorry you had a bad experience, but did you at least speak to Cyma in private first?

well to update all...cyma has agreed to send me satin patti's to lengthen the kameez (as they were shorter than i like) and the sleeves. this should also hide that the shameez is longer than kameez. perhaps i am partly to blame for not knowing blue card chiffon is crinkle chiffon (which i really don't like as i don't feel the fall is nice on me). i won't be able to wear the pink outfit to the wedding but may still be able to wear the turqoise one with some quick alteration if i am successful in begging somebody to do it on such short notice.

I'm g;lad its sorted Nazy BUt to be fair BEFORE throwing a tantrum in public and accusing somebody of all sorts, you should have contacted cyma in private and sorted your issues out.
if u were expecting sympathy unfortunately u're not gonna get it from me especially if you're accusing the rest of us of not having any taste, its both rude and uncalled for, ! u should have done more research on kapra before u ordered! Cyma offered to put your clothes right, what more do u want????
She has had loads of positive feedback and i personally love her stuff,

^ Agree with that. No matter how amazing any designer is, everyone is able to make mistakes. So the best thing to do would be to first contact them and sort the matter out with them and at least give them the chance to rectify what happened. Just because someone makes a mistake doesnt mean they are a lousy designer or deserves to get bad reviews. If they ignored you and did nothing to rectify the situation, then that would justify publicly giving them a bad review, to alert other potential customers. But if you dont even give them a chance first, then it is not really fair to them either! Im sure Cyma will work with you to correct your outfits and make them to your satisfaction
