I have ordered a couple of outfits from cyma but have not worn them yet or do not have clear pics of the one I have worn but here’s a short review of my experience with her.
- Service
I asked cyma about a number of outfits but eventually whittled it down to a couple. She was easy to talk to on the phone and more importantly easy to get hold of. Her email responses were prompt and she answered all questions I had re the fabric, kaam etc fully. I had so many questions and she answered them all which goes to show the excellent service.
- Fitting
I provided cyma with my measurements and asked to advise me if she felt they did not sound correct for my height. She made the necessary adjustments and I left it to her as I trust her judgment. This, in my experience is what you call a good designer, one that can assist with matters they have experience with and also advise! All in all the fitting was perfect when it arrived.
- Kaam and finished design
When I received the outfit I was so excited and was really pleased with the end product. The quality of the material and kaam was outstanding.
- Timing and delivery
I ordered the outfit in the April but did not really need them that urgently. In any case they were delivered shortly after they were sent to me. The only downside was on top of delivery charges, I received a bill to pay custom duty/ taxes etc (nothing to do with cyma) but quite a lot of unexpected additional cost!
All in all my experience with Cyma has definitely been excellent and I would definitely recommend her. I will hopefully be ordering more outfits from her so will keep you ladies updated!
