why not? if you live outside of pakistan, you could go to any fashion design program (the "big" artists of pakistan take courses anywhere they can find them abroad).
Besides, for a western school of design, this stuff would be pretty unique to them. You might want to work on your drawing skills though.

seriously tho i looked thru my old sketchbooks , from a year or two ago, and i used to be so much better as for the drawings....creativity was eh..i just started doing desi/hijabi stuff...my drawings used to be really neat and clean lines as opposed to the sloppiness of what i do now...then again, these pix r really tiny and u can't tell much detail..sooo i duno but thanks!!
oh and as for the design program and courses...i've heard htat it's not that important to take courses n stuff...all you need to know is how to sew and stuff....ill probably take a sewing class in pakistan, but who knows..

Dontowrry ur not alone…everyone tells me that my guys look like girls. I don’t do it intentionally..i try to make them braod shoulderd and manly as i can ,but they always end up looking all girly 
I wish i had some drawin skilllz too .. lol but dont ask me what i did in my desgin class last week ..
have u even tried desgning stuff using Coreldraw or adobe fotoshop?
