Most bar soaps are very drying....my eldest son has really dry and flaky skin, doc told me to use only Dove soap. And use that only on areas that need it most - feet, hands, privates. Rinse well in shower and then take a bath with a little bit of baby oil in it. That really worked wonders for him.
