Danial thats really sad news. I am really bad with words in such situations so I would rather not say anything.
Lucky are those who get to live a part of their lives under the sayaa of their grandparents. I lost all mine at a very young age (Dada, Dadi, Nana, Nani), I just have similar vague images somewhere at the back of my mind about my Nani Ammi. I remember the cute smells coming from her Paan Daan, that aromatic tobacco and kathaa choona 
and her always smiling face as she told me stories as I often fell asleep on her bed.
May God give sabr to all your family members and grant dear Daddi Ammi a place in Jannah. Ameen Summa Ameen

same here - only have some sweet memories of Dada (May Allah Bless his sould). Its true grand parents love their grand childs more than their own children.
