P.S. You are starting off pretty cheap! One way I know to quickly publicize your name in the market is to start off really high and then have half of the stuff on sale. That way, people think they are getting designer stuff much cheaper than it really is.

obviously you must have done your market research, but most of the stuff seems pretty much out of fashion. Also the materials used in some cases particularly kurtas are quite cheap but u have priced them very high, e.g. a lawn kurta for £40.

omg just saw the shawls and they are a total rip off hehe. that mint shawl under fancy for £90? u can get the same one and in better quality for £12.
must say desi clothes in america/canada seem to be Very expensive.

the collection is ok. its a good effort but there is nothing special about the whole collection. its basically clothes that any tailor in pakistan can make. the two chinese inspired outfits are the only outfits that look "designer".

sabah: for measurements, the page is still being worked on… the clothing i have up so far was made as a start up. got clothes made in diff measurements just to show ppl what i offer… once the measurement page is up.. ppl can have clothes made to their requirements. mostly, im targetting desis living abroad who dont visit desiland very often.

dimagh: thanks yara… i cant start off expensive as i still have to make my name “famous” … did my research for pricing..what prices similar clothing was being sold for.. and priced accordingly…
sharara.: hain? none of the prices are in pounds… as i said above.. did my research.. then priced the items… so far no issues.. as long as ppl are buying..im happy 
actually before i made the site.. i sold shawls and some tops from word of mouth in England… sold for way more than what i have priced on the site… as long as it sells with ease
i wanted to go all out… but was worried bout having clothes made, put in a lot of money..and to have them not sell… so i kept the budget at a medium level…
but now that things have taken off well… and items are selling… i just may move up the designer scale (clothing wise)… put in more money and make “designer” clothing
