It's a tough call. Do you let her go hungry and most likely through tantrums because of it but only feed her on time or do you cave in and feed her whenever she feels like it because she needs that nutrition at her age.
I think it comes down to a personal preference. But I would stress that no matter which approach you take, be consistent. Flip flopping between being strict on schedule and not gives the child mixed messages and eventually you lose credibility.
